The first Augenwasser EP is a proof of Elias Raschles outstanding feeling for analogue four track recording. Being already musically active for several years, Elias was indoctrinated as drummer into the infamous voodoo-veteran brotherhood of Roy & the Devils Motorcycle in early 2013. At the same time he has been jamming in loose combination with other fellows of the Swiss Garage Punk scene (look out for a new combo called Mystery Park) and has been responsible for a large share of the La Suisse Primitive artwork. New Seas is a one-sided EP containing two recent songs by Augenwasser. New Seas is a dense psychedelic ballad and a proof of Raschle’s great song-writing quality. Raw Mickey Mouse Power, the second track on the EP is - in Augenwasser’s own words - a “parody tribute” to garage punk. A wild and melodically conscious lead-guitar blazes the trail for a fantastic, not even two minutes lasting, journey into Augenwassers’ cosmos. And I can guarantee - it ain’t no Disneyland.“
